How does Pyramid Facelift work?

This ground-breaking, non-surgical, anti-aging treatment delivers long-lasting results. Dermal strengthening, skin resurfacing and skin tightening are all delivered in a single treatment, reducing lines and wrinkles, lifting and smoothing the skin around the face, eyes and neck.

How many sessions are required in the Programme?

Initially a course of 4 treatments every 3 weeks are required for optimal collagen stimulation to reach your optimal skin health.

What to expect from the treatment?

Combining three technologies (VoluDerm HE, TriPollar RF and DMA), this minimally invasive treatment uses skin tightening, muscle toning, skin resurfacing and micro-needling to work on multiple levels to achieve significant improvements in facial toning, as well as restoring healthy, radiant skin.

Voluderm HE Technology

Improve the texture, lines and firmness of the skin.
VoluDerm HE is a minimally invasive solution that uses fine micro-needles applying radiofrequency and non-thermal electrical energy to gently resurface the epidermal layer and give firmness to the dermal layer of the skin. The micro-needles stimulate the body to naturally produce hyaluronic acid, new collagen and elastin. The result is dermal strengthening, wrinkle reduction and skin resurfacing.

Trifractional Skin Resurfacing

For improvements in skin tone and texture.
TriFractional energy creates micro-channels in the skin which trigger the body’s natural healing cascade. This induces formation of new collagen to create healthy skin tissue. TriFractional delivers 3 sequential pulses to the skin enabling the radiofrequency energy to penetrate the tissue comfortably, without overheating.

LipoFirm FaceLift

Focused TriLipo RF energy causes contraction of the collagen fibres leading to immediate and long-term tightening results.

Dynamic Muscle Action (DMA) helps to tone the facial muscles, adding to the lifting effect of the treatment.

What is the Aftercare?

Avoid makeup and moisturiser for 24 hours.

Typically, there will be a slight swelling or slight redness which may last 1-3 days.
During the first two days post treatment, extra care should be taken to keep the skin clean to avoid contamination or infection. Additionally, hot baths, massage or any mechanical or thermal damage to the treated area should be avoided.
Avoid touching your face post treatment.
Use cool water with NO soap or cleanser to wash your face for 24 hours post treatment.
The only skincare product safe to use for 24 hours post treatment is a pure Hyaluronic acid serum to hydrate and reduce redness.
Avoid heavy creams, and serums for 72 hours post treatment.
Avoid exfoliating products for at least 7 days post treatment.
For best results you should follow a good skin care regime including a Vitamin C and Vitamin A; a bespoke regime will be recommended to you at the time of treatment and it is advisable for you to stick to this regimen to boost results and reduce healing time.
Exposure to sunlight or tanning beds should be avoided and the treated skin should be covered with a high SPF sun screen. Tanning after treatment may cause change of pigmentation.
In case of excessive swelling, redness, or discomfort, the area may be cooled using cold packs until heat sensation fades (about 15 min).
Tiny scabs may appear within 24 hours to 3 days post treatment. It is important not scratch the treated area or peel the scabs off the skin. Scabs should be allowed to shed off naturally.
