Chemical peels work as an exfoliant. By definition, AHA peels are superficial peels, meaning their action is within the top layer of skin called the epidermis. Within the AHA family, there are a glycolic, lactic, critic, malic, and mandelic acids. Lactic acid peels are best for skin hydration as it increases the skin’s natural moisturising factor. Prescription Peel- Ultra Peel

This peel is formulated to treat maturing skin. It helps improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while promoting an even skin tone and clear complexion. This is a prescription only peel, which can be hyper customised depending on the skin condition and concern by adding additional layers and/or advanced booster treatments.

Prescription Retinol Peels

The Retinol peels are Pro Skin’s signature peel, consisting of specialist strength retinoic acid. This powerful molecule is the most potent collagen stimulant & forms the basis of anti-ageing treatments. We tailor a concentration based upon your skin type & concerns. The formulations range from 4-6% with 6% retinol peel being the highest on the market for outstanding rejuvenation! Most patients will peel for a period of 2 to 5 days. As a reference, the concentration of retinol is approximately 100 times that of over-the-counter creams.

The retinol peels can be hyper customised by combining AHA with the pure retinol to give targeted and dramatic results for the ultimate resurfacing treatment.

What is the recovery following retinoic acid peels?
