How Memberships Work
All membership payments are taken via Direct Debit on the 1st of each month using GoCardless. You’ll receive confirmation and reminders in advance.
Yes — visible skin improvement takes time. A minimum 6-month commitment is required. These plans are designed to support consistent, progressive care. You won’t see full results if you dip in and out.
We ask that you commit for a minimum of 12 months to ensure treatment plans are effective. After that, you can pause or cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice.
That’s why we offer the Bespoke Plan — tailor a custom treatment path with our Nurse Prescriber based on your goals, timeline, and budget.
Our membership plans require a minimum 12 month commitment to ensure you receive the full benefits of your treatments. After this period, you can continue on a month-to-month basis or cancel with 7 days’ notice.
Payments are made via monthly direct debit (GoCardless). Your first payment will be taken when you sign up, and subsequent payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.
Yes, you can upgrade your membership plan at any time. You can also pause your membership after the initial 12 month period.
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice will be counted as used.
