Laura is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and the founder of Pro Skin Medical Aesthetics, with over 20 years of clinical experience within the NHS and medical aesthetics. She founded the clinic with a clear philosophy, that healthy, confident skin is built through education, consistency and personalised care, rather than quick fixes or trends.

Known for her honest, approachable and results-focused approach, Laura specialises in creating bespoke treatment plans tailored to each individual’s skin health, anatomy and aesthetic goals. Her focus is always on achieving refined, natural-looking results while supporting long-term skin health and confidence.

Laura has a particular interest in regenerative skin treatments, healthy ageing and subtle aesthetic enhancements that help patients feel refreshed and confident while still looking entirely like themselves. Her approach focuses on working with the skin rather than against it, understanding that healthy, resilient skin is the foundation of long-term results.

She believes that achieving excellent outcomes does not always require aggressive treatments or excessive inflammation, and instead takes a balanced, evidence-based approach designed to support skin function, strengthen the skin barrier and stimulate gradual, natural-looking rejuvenation over time.

Passionate about evidence-based practice, Laura is committed to ongoing education and clinical excellence. A self-confessed science enthusiast, she regularly attends advanced training, conferences and industry events to ensure the clinic offers trusted, clinically proven treatments backed by the latest research, never short-lived trends or gimmicks.

Natasha is an experienced nurse with over 18 years of nursing experience and brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth and expertise to Pro Skin Medical Aesthetics. Alongside her work within aesthetics, she also works in dermatology, giving her an in-depth understanding of skin health and the management of a wide range of cosmetic skin concerns.

Natasha holds a Level 4 qualification in Laser and IPL treatments and is the clinic’s IPL specialist, with a particular passion for improving skin clarity, redness, pigmentation and overall skin quality through advanced light-based treatments.

She also has a strong interest in acne management and enjoys combining treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling and personalised skincare plans to support healthier, stronger skin long term. Having rosacea herself, Natasha understands first-hand the emotional impact skin concerns can have and takes a compassionate, realistic and supportive approach with every patient.

Natasha runs our dedicated Wednesday Skin Health Clinic until 8pm, focusing on helping patients maintain healthy, youthful skin while addressing cosmetic skin concerns through personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
